“Bournemouth Goalkeeper Will Dennis Slips Away from Celtic’s Grasp with Contract Extension, Leaving Hoops Quest for Joe Hart’s Successor in Limbo”

With Joe Hart’s contract due to end in the summer, Celtic might undergo a goalkeeping change soon.

In the last transfer window, there were rumors linking Celtic to Dominik Livakovic,

Croatia’s top goalkeeper, and this month, several other goalkeepers are being considered as potential options.

One of these options was Will Dennis, a 23-year-old on loan from Kilmarnock. He reportedly caught Celtic’s attention last month.

However, Dennis has recently extended his contract with his parent club, Bournemouth, by two years. Previously, his contract on the South Coast was set to expire soon, possibly explaining Celtic’s interest. With this new deal, any hopes of Celtic acquiring Dennis may now be dashed.

While losing out on Dennis may not be the most significant setback for Celtic this transfer window, it remains uncertain whether Dennis would have been the caliber of goalkeeper needed to succeed Joe Hart.
