Several Premier League clubs are showing interest in Everton’s forward; should Dyche let him go?

In a recent report by journalist Pete O’Rourke, it was mentioned that Everton forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin is attracting interest from several Premier League clubs ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window.

Despite a challenging season with Everton in the Premier League, Calvert-Lewin has garnered

attention from various English clubs.

Calvert-Lewin has faced difficulties maintaining consistency in his performances at Goodison

Park this season.

However, the English striker has managed to score four goals and provide a couple

of assists in 26 appearances across multiple competitions for Everton.

While he has demonstrated the ability to lead the line effectively at times, his passing accuracy

in the opponent’s half has been below par, completing only 54.4% of his attempted passes in the Premier League.

With Calvert-Lewin’s contract at the Merseyside club set to expire in 2025, Everton

might consider selling him this year rather than risking losing him on a free transfer next season.

Although Calvert-Lewin possesses the ability to create scoring opportunities and utilize his physicality to his

advantage, there are areas in his game that require improvement, particularly his decision-making in front of goal.

Given his struggles to perform with confidence at Everton, it could be beneficial for the club to

sell him at the end of the current campaign.

At 26 years old, Calvert-Lewin still has his peak years ahead of him, but Everton may opt to part ways

with him to bring in a more suitable replacement during the summer transfer window.
