Duke University’s freshman basketball sensation, Cooper Flagg, has been honored with both the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year awards for the 2024-2025 season. Flagg’s exceptional performance has made him only the fourth player in ACC history to secure both accolades in the same season, joining the ranks of Duke alumni Jahlil Okafor (2015), Marvin Bagley III (2018), and Zion Williamson (2019).

Throughout the season, Flagg led the Blue Devils with averages of 19.4 points, 7.6 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 1.5 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game. His remarkable contributions have significantly bolstered Duke’s standing, culminating in a 19-1 ACC record and an overall 28-3 season.
