Tottenham progressing toward the final phases of the Dragusin agreement.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano suggests that Tottenham Hotspur is progressing towards the final phases of negotiations for Genoa defender Radu Dragusin. Sky Sport Italia, on the other hand,
reports that Spurs are prepared to present an offer of โฌ25 million plus additional bonuses for the Romania international, who has become a primary target for Tottenham in the winter transfer window.
Various sources indicate that Genoa values the former Juventus center-back at โฌ30 million.
Romano indicates that Tottenham is poised to formally propose a deal following positive discussions with Genoa, with the negotiations moving towards completion.
In Genoa’s recent 1-1 draw against Bologna, Dragusin played the full 90 minutes, showcasing his continued involvement. The 21-year-old has netted two goals in 22 appearances across all competitions this season.
While Napoli has also expressed interest in Dragusin, they appear hesitant to meet Genoa’s valuation.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the Serie A champions have proposed โฌ20 million along with former Genoa defender Leo Ostigard.
Genoa’s coach, Gilardino, has refrained from ruling out Dragusin’s potential departure in January,
emphasizing that ‘anything can happen’ in the transfer market.
