A motorcyclist has died following a two vehicle collision near Crewe
At approximately 13.25 on Wednesday, officers were called to reports of a collision in Oakhanger.
The accident occurred on Butterton Lane and involved a Blue Volkswagen Golf and a Husqvarna motorcycle.
The rider of the motorbike, a 20-year-old man from Alsager, was transported to North Staffordshire Hospital by Air Ambulance.
His condition was initially described as critical, but he unfortunately died yesterday evening (April 23)
The driver of the Volkswagen Golf, a 45-year-old woman, along with two passengers, a 51-year-old man and a 90-year old man, were uninjured, although the 90-year-old man was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure. He has since been released.
