“Rangers Contemplate Loan Move for Rising Star Arron Lyall as Airdrieonians Express Interest”
Rangers are open to sending promising talent Arron Lyall on loan this month, with Airdrieonians expressing interest in securing his services, as reported by the Daily Record.
While the Ibrox club values the midfielder highly, they recognize the importance of him gaining regular first-team experience in a competitive setting for his development.
Manager Philippe Clement is supportive of Lyall’s temporary departure this month, and there is no shortage of interest in the player. Currently, Airdrie, a Scottish Championship side, is actively pursuing a loan deal.
As they gear up to face St Johnstone in the Scottish Cup this weekend, Airdrie had been considering including Lyall in that fixture.
The club recently faced a setback with the recall of Kanayo Megwa from his loan at Hibernian.
Lyall has previously had a loan stint at Inverness Caledonian Thistle, and having progressed through the youth ranks at Rangers, he is eager to gain more practical experience in the near future.
