Alan Myers outlines what to expect from 777 Partners’ announcement on Thursday regarding the Everton purchase.

According to Sky Sports journalist Alan Myers, there is unlikely to be any announcement regarding Everton‘s takeover by 777 Partners on Thursday.

The Miami-based firm had agreed to purchase Farhad Moshiri’s 94.1% stake in

Everton back in September. However, the deal has faced numerous challenges and is yet to receive

approval from the Premier League.

The Liverpool Echo reported on Wednesday that 777 Partners are losing hope of

a decision being made before the end of February. Myers expressed his feelings on the matter,

indicating that while there are many emotions involved, he doesn’t expect any announcement to be made.

As for when the Premier League will reach a decision on the Everton 777 takeover, it remains uncertain.

The constant uncertainty surrounding the situation is causing concern.

While due diligence is necessary, reports of issues with 777’s other clubs

worldwide are adding to the apprehension.

The longer the process takes, the more Everton’s financial stability is at risk.

If the 777 takeover falls through, Everton will need to find an alternative buyer.

However, it appears that an announcement is not forthcoming anytime soon.

Initial hopes of a decision by the end of February seem unlikely to materialize.
