“Monster”: Arsenal is pursuing a £75 million starlet, joining Real Madrid and Manchester United.

Arsenal has joined the growing list of clubs interested in Everton’s rising starlet, Jarrad Branthwaite, according to reports from TBR Football.

The 21-year-old defender has attracted attention from several top European clubs, with his impressive performances catching the eye.

Branthwaite’s recent standout performance against Brighton earned him high praise, including a rating of 8/10 from LiverpoolWorld. Not only did he score Everton’s lone goal in the 1-1 draw, but he also

made a crucial tackle in the box to prevent further goals from the opposition.

Former Arsenal legend Ian Wright lauded Branthwaite on his show, Wrighty’s House, suggesting that the young defender could soon earn a call-up to the England squad. Wright praised Branthwaite’s playing style, bravery, and left-sided positioning, indicating his belief in the player’s potential.

Despite interest from top clubs like Real Madrid, Tottenham Hotspur, and Manchester United,

Everton is reportedly valuing Branthwaite at around £75 million. However, with Arsenal’s existing defensive options like William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes forming a strong partnership, it remains

uncertain if Arsenal would be able to compete financially with Real Madrid for Branthwaite’s signature.

Branthwaite, who began his career with Carlisle United before joining Everton in 2020,

has enjoyed a breakout season with the Toffees after loan spells at Blackburn Rovers and PSV.

With six U21 England appearances under his belt, there is optimism surrounding

his potential senior international debut.
